Senior execs are short-minded and looking for any easy payout Lots of corporate politics Executives from two merged companies (FIS and Metavante) each have differing agendas. Executives are also a bunch of clowns out of the office and not what you would want to see from people with families at home... The company decided the workforce was aging so they hired hundred of college recruits over the past couple of years. It is amazing how incompetent the majority of them are. Mostly based on looks. The whole company has turned into a highschool with different "cliques"
