      Pros

      Most of the individual contributors are very good at what they do, eager to help, and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Company is very large and overly political. Re-organizations happen annually for no good reason. Leadership is very self-congratulatory though they add very little value.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
