      Trusted with freedom. Overall can do what you want, if you have a process in place.

      Cons

      For a new hire: - No Training (Jacksonville program is laughable) - Quota capped by acquisitions - upside is limited - Older reps in seats that aren't being replaced, while they ensure that promising young reps can't move in the company without getting a piece of the pie - Lousy leadership
