Pros
A lot of talented personnel. There is a sense of one team among most associates. There are external learning opportunities.
Cons
RIFs have increased from every 3 years to every 3 months. The recent financial blow with the announcement of the spin off brings a lot of uncertainty about what the future will be in 5 months let alone 5 years. Many of the chiefs are retiring or left. Technical debt is pretty large with many systems needing to be rebuilt or replaced.
