Pros

Make sure you filter the reviews by area to make sure you are getting a better idea. - usually good coworkers, at least in my area - if you're lucky, good direct management - good amount of PTO, if you are in a department where you can use it all - things might get better with the spin off, if you will be on the Worldpay side and can last until actually happens

Cons

- downhill after FIS acquisition; things were good as Worldpay - FIS does not care about retaining talent - pay below industry level - minimal raises, if at all, even if you get a good rating. Executives seem to put this on the employees for not "being engaged" at work - no bonus unless management - benefits are mediocre - layoffs done with zero clue how they'd impact teams, yet we keep hearing about "we're hiring - zero Fs given about career development in practical application, though there are lots of "rah rah" bs programs that do nothing useful - threats are starting about in-office mandates, even though *not enough seating for everyone * "hotel seating" system is not enforced and is chaotic AF * if forced to go in, no way to guarantee you will sit with your team. So much for "connecting" *desks clearly not being cleaned every day *apparently we need to "connect" to protect the "culture".....just stop. This is buzzword nonsense, and most people that want/need to go in already are. The rest of us are more productive from home. You just don't want to admit it because you are spending money on the buildings and need to justify the cost.

Pros

Good people, decent middle management

Cons

Constant RIFs every three months, re-badging large group of people in spring 2026, management talks about things but it never seemed to trickle down. Stock down more than 50% since Feb. 2025.
