Pros

No pros besides working from home.

Cons

Nothing gratifying about this job, you're just talking to lowest of quality people for 8 hours out of the day, coming to you for resolving issues that any person with a brain can do, but they can't. The job overall is mentally draining, and not a place I ever would consider coming back or anyone to work at unless for a short period. The tell you pay raises will come, but nothing ever does, they give you double the work without any pay increase.

Pros

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

Cons

Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
