Pros
Promotions are easy to get and frequent if the right people like you. Being owned by FIS gives your resume some credibility and working for a Fortune 500 company is always impressive. Stock purchase plan is great.
Cons
Depressing and underpaid office culture, even with multiple promotions. Employees are disgruntled and unhelpful. Operations doesn't understand that they work for the clients, not the other way around. Changes with the new company have brought about growing pains; not sure if they will go away or get worse.
