Pros

If you're the type of individual who loves to learn and who isn't interested in just coasting through your day to earn a paycheck by boosting your production numbers through any means necessary, whether that be not actually helping cardholders or improperly reviewing fraud alerts, then this is a great job where you can learn some invaluable skills regarding credit and debit card fraud.

Cons

As I mentioned above regarding lazy individuals that are more interested in coasting through their days to earn a paycheck and boost their production numbers, it seems that enough of this behavior has gone on without being addressed and the falsely inflated numbers have successfully duped management, and the clients, into thinking that these numbers are consistently attainable every day. Working for FIS's Fraud Alert Management Department has become, to an extent, working for Wells Fargo Bank before their huge scandal a few years ago. After 8 and a half years, they just tossed me out like I was trash. I should have been able to enjoy a retirement from FIS after 30 years, and I was robbed of that.
