      Pros

      FIS is a large company with many different roles and opportunities within it. This allows for a lot of experience for someone starting out in the workforce, or someone looking for a career change.

      Cons

      Although FIS is a large company with a lot of opportunities, the constant reorganizing of the company means a lot of layoffs and uncertainty. It will take more work for FIS to prove it is a stable and reliable place to work. Management communication and internal recognition leaves something to be desired.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
