      Access to training is a huge positive.

      Cons

      Expectations and deliverables are not aligned with salary. In addition, Jacksonville employees are expected to return to the office full time but if you live in a different area there is more flexibility for work from home.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
