Pros
Decent salary and benefits. Lots of technology to play with. Good culture and ability to work remotely. A lot of this was because of the particular team I was a part of (other teams were not so fun).
Cons
There is a lot of legacy (ie old) technology but that's expected in this industry, I guess. It was also very difficult to make changes to improve things.
