Pros

Employee policy. Product work culture. Good Cafeteria. Good policy for insurance and parental insurance. Good for People who want to stay in India as no onsite opportunities though it is related to financial domain.

Cons

Poor HR management. Don't expect good hike or good projects even if your experience is 4 years. Their interviews are average to tough we can say but you may or may not get good project though irrespective of whatever good projects you did. They have internal framework god knows how it is developed why it is developed. Senior Management not good. No onsite opportunities don't join if you have such things in mind. Salary Negotiation skills of HR is very poor. Take it or leave it kind of treatment you will receive. people forget every thing but cannot forget treatment which they got during joining,

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
