      Great Benefits, extensive WFH opportunities, 15 -day COVID-19 PTO on top of regular PTO, yearly bonus, great management, ability to grow and move to other departments, and sustainable work/life balance.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons. Just remember that anything in operations dept is not fun in any company.
