Pros
OK medical (but employee contribution goes up every year), OK pay (but annual raises are limited to, like, 2-3%, and you're lucky if you get that, even if you perform well), ability to work at home now and then, nice new building with walking path and restaurant (although restaurant is not well priced), fun people for the most part.
Cons
Slow computers, overworked, lots of pressure to do more with less staff, hard to get a lunch break, get calls/emails at night, jobs being lost to offshore. You always feel like you need a vacation (you get two weeks, but never really get a day off because there is always something to do or a call to take).
