Worst Admin, Worst HR, I have seen in my over all of experience. Pathetic Experience - IT Specialist FIS Employee Review

As title suggest worst Admin and HR team. Recruiters are turned into General HR. Admin team behave like they are revenue generator. Till last I have not understand why they are not corrected by management. People with simple graduation(BA, Bcom) or 12/10 th pass have a say rather than techies. My experience was horrible here after coming from Chandigarh. Useless policies, buttering every where and under skilled team. Big difference in salaries on same role and experience.
