Pros
Began employment when the company was still called Metavante. It was a dynamic place to work. Opportunities for growth were ripe and the people there were great to work with in the beginning.
Cons
Once gobbled up by FIS, the dynamic shifted quickly. My dislike for the way the department was flowing was definitely inflamed by my hatred for the manager. A person whose only true values focused on revenge and absolute alligence to his will. THe relationship quickly soured and mixed in with the personal fall out was the companies focus on constant RIF's. My department wasn't terribly hit while i was there but many around me were. The happiest day i had in recent memory was leaving that hell hole for the last time.
