      Pros

      Nice building, nice people. Received birthday wishes from many senior managers, including the CEO (though not my manager)

      Cons

      Low pay, took 3 weeks to get a computer. Management does not know what it takes to make quality software. Creativity discouraged. My manager worked 1000 miles from the office from home and had little idea what was going on with his team.
