The merger between FIS and Metavante required a tremendous amount of consolidation of internal systems and data. It is still chaos. Rather large security breach was ignored by the company until the FFEIC started sending letters to our clients. Now there is a very unorganized effort to secure anything and everything. No direction from the top in this effort - every business unit has to solve the same issue other bu's may be solving but no information is shared.
