      Great learning oppurtunities, good stability and security of job, good balance between personal and professional life. Employees are supported in every possible way and provided with all the tools required to accomplish thier job efficiently

      Cons

      Growth within the organization may seem sluggish and an empolyee may feel he is stuck to the same designation for a long time. Hierarchy may seem daunting at times and give a feeling of presence of bureaucracy

      Pros

      Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

      Cons

      After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
