      Work life balance (as work wont be much) Free lunch till some band. HealthInsurance

      Cons

      No proper work assignment After joining u may sit simply as no much work Any time u may have to move to other projects/locations No much job security for new joineers. Only old employees have it.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
