      Job is safe and secure. Flexible work timings. You get to learn a lot (only if you volunteer for it). Work/life balance is Par. Projects are good.

      Cons

      HR guys know nothing and their policies are poor. Appraisals are the worst part here. Performances don't matter, only your work experience and current market trends matter.
