      Pros

      Team members are the greatest asses of FIS and it is a great joy to work with people there. There is a sense of belonging despite the uncertanity. Also, the constant reshuffling and right sizing does open up several opportunity for those that want to swim on thier own from the get go. Great number focused company, may be congress should train from this company.

      Cons

      Way too number focused. Very stressful given the layoffs. Not very conducive due to constant shuffling that goes on. If you work in a state of uncertanity, this place is for you.

      Pros

      Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

      Cons

      After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
