      work balance, people are friendly

      Major headcount reduction in a single day, This caused a domino effect & more people are leaving or looking for the jobs, lack of goals and clarity from management as to whats gonna happen to this division, Lot of fear in existing employees and most are looking to quit. Beware if you are thinking of this place as your next career destination as many new open positions are open in Waltham, MA since many quit due to ongoing fear and uncertainity.

      Pros

      Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

      Cons

      After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
