      Great team dynamics; supporting groups with my division; competitive salary; career opportunities within FIS

      Cons

      Lack of management transparencies; laying off multiple individuals who are extremely knowledgeable with the ins & outs of the products (FIS's excuses were, "there were too many managers"); little-to-no bonuses; as part of Capital Markets within FIS, our group is often ignored (plans for the future)
