There have been multiple rounds of layoffs in India location, where employees across departments are being quietly terminated. Unfortunately, this creates a sense of instability and lack of transparency within the organization. Based on my observation, the leadership appears more focused on cost-cutting through workforce reductions rather than on driving new business growth. Hiring employees and then laying them off within six months to reflect short-term savings raises serious concerns about strategic planning and people management. It may be time for a leadership refresh, particularly at senior levels, where many roles have remained unchanged for over a decade. Introducing new leadership with fresh perspectives and stronger business development capabilities could help the organization regain momentum, improve morale, and create sustainable growth instead of relying on repeated layoffs.
