Pros

Ok hikes if your supervisor likes you

Cons

There is no outer perspective for an employee’s performance. They ask for feedback from 8 people but only consider what your own supervisory has to say about you. No transparency in anything that they do for employees. Most extreme case of bias that I have seen in 10 years of my careers. No HR involvement in employee development, there is literally nobody you can reach out to with feedback about tryout line management. Middle management is literally bureaucratic, been in the same business for 10/15+ years, they simply don’t care for your mental/physical well being. Once I tried to complain on the working hours which was 14-15 hours on an average and the response my manager gave me was that she clocks in a little over that. Their increment process is very skewed, you can ranked not amongst your peers but also compared with global folks who are not even working at the same position/ field/ business/ designation as you.

Cons

Lots of security and locked down tech and hard to find what's available.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
