Pros

So many talented and smart people to work with and learn from. I love sitting on a goldmine of information and building my skills every single day in my technology or business related knowledge

Cons

Management is very poor especially in the KLTC office, how they handle conflicts and attrition, who they promote to become supervisors/managers is really based on availability and not really on competency and suitability to the job. Work life balance is very difficult to obtain in the KLTC office too. You are expected to work round the clock as you support global sites. Great for initial stages of your career but maybe once you have family and kids, it's hard to have the quality of life you want.

Pros

Good opportunities for networking and travel.

Cons

A significant HR issue between interns occurred during my internship and was handled very poorly. Once the matter came to HR’s and leadership’s attention, it was not officially resolved until months after the internship had ended. The VP privately apologized for the situation, but the overall response was inadequate and felt as though the situation was being swept under the rug. The lack of timely communication and follow-up created a very uncomfortable environment for a young intern and significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive internship experience.
