For a select few that are either tagged as “executive potential” or those with personal drive/motivation to “grow and move on”, ExxonMobil IT offers a wealth of opportunity.

Note: from an IT employee’s perspective Years of brain drain, consisting of many talented employees at all levels (up to and including executive ranks) globally, coupled with a corporate mandate to offshore and outsource IT have left the organization crippled and on the verge of system failures on the same level as operating incidents already experienced in ExxonMobil’s business units over the past few years.
