Pros

interesting industry, smart people, stable company, long-term career stability, change jobs every 2-3 years, professional management, pension plan, good benefits

Cons

no ability to determine one's own career path, company does not care about what employees think, employees are underutilized, not conducive to women's advancement as in order to succeed have to move around and uproot family, have to want to work in Texas, no room for creativity or risk, very bureaucratic, no autonomy

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
