Pros

Nothing good really, a typical big and old company with last generation people. Some good, nice coworkers but would pretend they didn't know you after you leave.

Cons

Wicked culture, will tell you:"we want you to stay", and hire another coworker, then lay you off. Then you would finally connect the dots for all the things they had done. Incredibly ignorant and think oil and gas will be in the lead forever. They think they are the best and different in design, product and business. But the coal industry once thought they were different, look at them now. And look at the speed of the EV industry. The world might still need the oil in the next 30 years, but it's still not the future.

Pros

Good benefits, you learn a lot from highly experienced people.

Cons

Very bureaucratic and process driven which makes it difficult to adjust in a fast paced environment.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
