Pros
if you speak up and work on you, there are plenty of opportunities - projects, global teams, assignments outside of Prague, interim role of internal auditor, etc. It is easy to change a position, even across the departments. Except one supervisor, they were always a great teachers to me. Great & numerous benefits. No overtime work expected.
Cons
air condition :-), breaks in fruit snacks during summer period and a slight delay with implementation of the high-tech. In addition, I would see as well a recruitment priorities as an area for improvement.
