Very political, Very cut-throat, high-stress/pressure work environment, diversity is not valued what so ever. ExxonMobil's culture is not for everyone, did not meet that many friendly people, it's all about business 24/7. They stress the importance of work-life balance, however the amount of work and hours required does not align with this claim at all. Additionally, favoritism is extremely high. If you are in the out-group expect to leave shortly. Finally, there is absolutely ZERO tolerance for mistakes, which places heavy restrictions on comfortable growth and learning opportunities.
