Pros

Working in a big corporation being involved with global projects and colleagues worldwide. Learning things, good for your CV for your next jump.

Cons

After 2019 company is moving departments out of Prague to India. There is no security anymore. Before they were trying to push people to leave by being toxic if your manager didn't like you. Now, as there are fewer people quitting than the positions remaining, they are starting firing. They have this accessment system where they rank you behind closed doors and they announced that if you have twice within five years needs improvement ranking you are terminated. But this ranking has nothing to do with your performance. Also, colleagues in other countries like Belgium have been let go recently.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
