Lots of security and locked down tech and hard to find what's available.

Beautiful location, depends on your job title - you can choose your hours.

Racism, favoritism, politics, you have to fight for your job as a regular employee every 9 months - so you will never know if you will have a job the next year, high turn over rate, employees throwing each other under the bus to get a better performance rating, you may never get a raise, hard to please, and very toxic environment.
