benefits aren't bad and offers a match

a few years ago when I started things were not too bad because there were good people, but it has gone down hill quickly. The new leadership they've brought in is toxic. Theres no direction, people are running for the hills and they are firing people everywhere. The culture is bad and morale is in the gutter. You are just a number and they micromanage us like reading our emails and going through our linkedin pages and telling us what we have to change. If you are new to sales and trying to get into staffing I would go somewhere else. Theres thousands of staffing companies out there so don't bother being at a place like this. We don't get any sales training and it's just churn and burn. The new leadership talks down to us in a passive aggressive tone and just talks bad about the company which is not motivating. She mostly spends time talking about herself, all of her achievements and how great her last company was.

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
