      Experis needs a lot of internal self-examination

      Pros

      Experis has managed to get on significant contracts with large national and international companies. There is some excellent talent at Experis with people who genuinely care about their jobs and roles within the company.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to internal concerns or client concerns until it is too late. There is a serious lack of ethic within the management group and employees are set up to have objectives that conflict with other team members creating a serious disconnect internally. Talent was eroded due to lack of professionalism and consistent comp plan changes (not usually in favor of the employees, no matter how they tried to spin it).

      - Good work environment - No candidates' ownership - Employees work as a team

      Cons

      - Weak business development team - Hiring process is too long - Poor execution - Weak leadership in general - Lack of strategic planning in general for new client acquisition - Volume shop and it all depends on consulting clients in genernal - Compensation is bit too low comparing with other competitors

      Strong client name in the industry Large organization Plenty of opportunities across Canada Opportunities to learn and expand within my position Money is ok

      Cons

      Local Mgmt in Canada doesnt move to fast. Snales pace is a better description Old school mentality in reference to candidates and on-site contractors They are a $$$ not a person Head office has almost no contact with people in the field.
