We understand how important development is to our employees - it’s a core part of our vision and we’re committed to getting this right. We have recently taken the opportunity to review and enhance our development programmes, and you’ll soon see a host of new and exciting resources including a new digital learning platform, career toolkits, an enhanced induction programme, and a coaching initiative for our leaders. We’re also working on a big project to enhance our employee value proposition to ensure we continue to attract and retain the best talent.
With regards to how Experis fits into our family of brands, it’s true that there are many differences between the various parts of our business. However we feel that being part of ManpowerGroup and being able to work closely across the wider business brings with it lots of opportunities – for knowledge sharing, learning and development, and career mobility, as well as offering a comprehensive suite of skills and expertise to our clients. We’re committed to encouraging even more collaboration within ManpowerGroup, while maintaining and celebrating what makes Experis unique.
