      Work colleagues - some are great and inspiring people

      Cons

      Changes made to commission schemes, Experis now can offer some of the worst schemes in the UK recruitment market. Decisions to make changes to business without any research or data to prove these are the right decisions. SLT not immersed with the rest business and think recruitment is done like it was in the early 2000’s.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
