Pros
Overall a good company to start in recruitment. Allot of jobs to work quickly and allot of people at the same level to learn from. Have regular socials and reward lunches to look forward to and there is was a good team feel within the ranks/recruiters.
Cons
Commission can be changed mid-contract which is frustrating, sometimes expectations for trips away aren't very realistic/considerate and there is a bit of a disconnect between the ranks and mid-senior level.
