Worst company to work, at least in Kolkata - Anonymous employee Experis Employee Review

Pros

Timely payment of salary for internal staff barring when you resign. You will have to wait a lot for release of your F&F

Cons

No transparency in HR policies and discrimination are there. Top management is either busy or not bothered. Group affiliation is better way to grow than performance. Two classes of people exist - one who slogs and get nothing and the other who do not put as much effort but are nearer to big shots of the location. The second class flourishes a lot in the comapny. Attrition is very high and to stop it there are unfair practices adopted at the time an employee resigns. Its a miracle to get the relieving letter on time if at all you receive it.

Pros

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
