      Easy to work with, they pay every week.

      Cons

      Like stepping back into the dark ages, very poor salary/rates and extremely poor benefits (healthcare you're better off going to Obama Market Place, no vacation, holidays only kick-in after 1000 billable hours.)

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
