Great employer so far and great opportunities.

Cons

Job is not remote work at home and the work hours could be better or earlier. Traffic is a mess. Trying to get to work and even worst trying to leave work.

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
