      Pros

      It is a great experience if you want to learn about the "back-office" of recruiting. You will learn all the ins and outs and of a large company because it is a division of Manpower.

      Cons

      It is very "clickish" and when they want you out they will make it a very hostile work environment until they find reason to fire you or you quit.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
