Pros

Good location downtown, free parking, onsite cafeteria and Starbucks

Cons

I worked at Experis for over a year. I was considered "lucky" to be on a very volume account. This meant at any given time, you typically had 20-30 orders you were working on individually. The office itself is okay, with a lot of natural lighting and a view of the Mke river. They had at one time painted the walls black, which we joked about making it feel more like a prison. Sadly, this company was a legitimate prison. If you came in 5 minutes late, your manager would ask how you planned to make up the time or if you wanted to take PTO. FOR 5 MINUTES!! Commission is capped at 3 months and is the lowest in the industry. People are promoted based on favoritism and how much they suck up. One of the higher up managers was promoted because she babysat for someone high level in the company, despite being a poor recruiter and even worse manager. Base is not that great either, most companies pay more.

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
