      Pros

      Great team environments. People work hard for each other.

      Cons

      Account managers and up have to fight for commission. Scorecards are confusing and AM get paid less than recruiters. Total mis-match!

I am however disappointed to hear about your concerns - our people are incredibly important to us and we are committed to recognise and reward good work, and make our staff feel valued. I believe that at Experis we offer competitive remuneration but if you feel that you are underpaid, I would like to encourage you to raise this in your next review meeting.

      Pros

      1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

      Cons

      1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
