Pros

401k match, stock options Not micromanaged

Cons

1. Poor management. There is abstract talk about developing new business, but essentially that's all it is: talk. 2. Any issues regarding bullying or harassment were taken with frustration and employees were told to'handle it yourself and managaement outright refused to get involved. 3. High turn over. 4.Recruiters don't come from an IT background--never mind this is Experis IT--and BDM's are expected to train them in their spare time. 5. Constant meetings. I estimate spending an average of eight hours a week in meetings that have little to do with building a book of business. 6. Poor service for consultants. Experis Care was recently outsourced and the customer service for employees and consultanrs is awful. I spent 4-5 hours a week trying to point them to the right contact to handle their issues. 7. In this particular office you are expected to work during PTO. The MD here contacted me numerous times a day when I was on vacation. 8. Commission structure is the worst I've ever seen.

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
