      Pros

      Steady work. As long as the client is happy and there is a body in the seat, Experis is happy. Hardly ever see my manager.

      No vacation, no sick days, very expensive benefits.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
