Pros

There are truly no pros of working here.

Cons

This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. They project an illusion of caring about their employees, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. The only thing this company truly values is maximizing profits for shareholders—everything else, including the well-being of employees, is an afterthought at best. They treat their workforce like disposable garbage, and their so-called “management” is nothing short of a disgraceful joke—an insult to real leadership. The corruption within this company runs deep. Management not only engages in blatant favoritism and unethical behavior, but some of them also take it even further by engaging in sexual relationships with employees. These affairs have ruined marriages and created a workplace culture of coercion and fear. Employees who are victimized by this behavior have nowhere to turn, because the HR department exists solely to cover up scandals and protect the company’s image—not to protect its workers. Any attempt to report misconduct is swiftly buried, allowing predators in management to continue their abuse unchecked. If that weren’t enough, this company has also engaged in shady outsourcing deals that border on outright fraud. They outsourced nearly all jobs to India, despite being caught in a scandal involving illegal deals with foreign contracting companies and call centers. The very same executives who facilitated these deals had personal ownership stakes in those companies, meaning they profited directly from the outsourcing—while American employees were left jobless. To make matters even worse, the employees who were about to be replaced were forced to train their overseas replacements before being discarded like trash. Management is a joke—but without a punchline. Just pure incompetence, hypocrisy, and dishonesty. The leadership within the customer service department, in particular, is a cesspool of unqualified micromanagers who contribute nothing but lies and toxicity. They demand “professionalism” from employees while they themselves engage in workplace affairs and outright abuse, knowing they will never be held accountable. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy. They exploit their workers, destroy livelihoods, and deceive both employees and customers with every breath. If you value your sanity, dignity, and future, steer clear of this he11hole. There is no amount of money that could make working here worth the psychological and professional damage they inflict. Save yourself the misery and find employment anywhere else.

Pros

Constant state of transformation is ripe environment for new hires and functional experts from big name tech companies

Cons

Pre-covid the culture was really special. Collaborative, engaging, people-centric, with a unifying mission to enable travel for the world. Since covid there has been a revolving door of executive leadership, and with each round, they throw out the current strategy to try something "new" without building from the current or past successes. Constant change, but no clear vision or strategy of what they are trying to change to. Lack of strategy and low risk tolerance leads to too many priorities with not enough investment to move the needle in anything. Quarterly layoffs, but executed quietly team by team so as not to make news. No psychological safety. Talent strategy since covid is to hire externally over internal promotions to gain "functional expertise" therefore difficult to grow your career. Siloed divisions not working towards common goal. Lacks operating model maturity needed for a company of this size likely do to revolving door of execs and priorities. A cash cow company with an identity crisis trying to be an AI innovator. Build vs buy mentality slows them down. Too many exec pet projects that aren't vetted with proper business cases.
