The company perks are good for the Montréal area, but much less than perks in the US. HR need to work more on that aspect.

Team is largely independent subcontractors, so benefits are non existent. Even staff have very limited benefits. Owners do provide positive work environment and holiday party.
Travel & Fitness Perks that increase the longer you are employed there. You receive an annual Fitness credit that you can apply to many things from fitness classes, gym memberships, lift passes to fitbits.
The benefits are regular, except travel benefits which allow employee to save compared with published fares available for general public at hotels, cars or cruises (no savings for air).
