The People! The Exchange Lab is the most dynamic company I have had the pleasure of working for. With this comes incredible development opportunities for people looking to move into different areas of the business, for example: Account Manager (AM) to Operations, Operations to Tech and AM to Marketing. The company supports people's personal goals to help individuals develop within the business where possible.
Cons
Despite being an International company, we do not have regular contact with our North American offices and it would be beneficial to hear more updates from this huge market.
